DESCRIPTION:The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce is excited to kick off 2020 with the largest business to business trade show on the South Plains. The Business Expo\, presented by Lubbock National Bank\, is an annual event that will be held on Thursday\, February 6th from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.\, at the Lubbock Memorial Civic Center.\n\nThe Business Expo showcases more than 200 exhibitors and welcomes approximately 7\,000 attendees. Exhibitors will enjoy a private networking event from 9 to 10 a.m. before the doors open. This allows businesses the opportunity to develop a more personal relationship with the companies who could become their next client all while creating new connections to heighten overall success. We hope to see you there!!\n\n \nBusiness Expo Seminar Series (Seminars are included with your ticket)\n\n\n\n10:30 a.m. - "How to Excel at Surprising and Delighting Your Customers" Facilitated by SCORE Mentors\, Bill Vandergriff and Dan Baze\n\nIn this informational seminar you will explore the six basic needs of customers\, discuss why customers complain and how to maintain a customer friendly service while learning what actions should be taken to signal a "ready to help attitude".\n\n\n\n2:30 p.m. - "Strengthening Your Inner Leader" Facilitated by Eric Pierce\, Sandler Training\n\nLeadership skills are critical to the success of any company.
