SUMMARY:2024 March YP Lunch With a Leader Sponsored by Oceans Healthcare
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our March YP Lunch with a Leader sponsored by Oceans Healthcare featuring Hospital Administrator\, Marybeth Moran!\n\n\n\nAbout Marybeth:\n\n \n\nA 1991 graduate of Texas Tech\, she completed her MBA at Texas Tech in 2016. She started my leadership career in retail and worked for a large department store company in various position from buyer to DVP of stores. She made a change about 20 years ago to HR/Organizational Development with St. Joseph Health System in Bryan\, Texas. She worked as the Vice President of HR and then transitioned to Critical Access Hospital Administrator/CEO before joining Covenant Health in 2017. \n\n \n\nHer oldest child decided to attend Texas Tech and she has always wanted to relocate to Lubbock\, so she accepted a Women's Service Line position at Covenant Children's. She has always had a strong interest in Mental Health Services and was thrilled to have the opportunity to join Oceans Healthcare to open a new 32-bed psychiatric hospital in 2022. \n\n \n\nOpening a hospital from the ground up allowed her to gain experiences she had not had previously but it also allowed her the opportunity to support and build on the existing mental health services in West Texas. In their first year\, they served over 600 patient with inpatient and outpatient care and expect 2024 to be an outstanding year for Oceans Lubbock.
