Making sure you and your business know the common mistakes and steps to prevent a hostile work environment is more important now than ever.\n\n\n\nWith so many victims coming forward\, we need to ask ourselves if we really understand what workplace sexual harassment is. Some employers may practice subtle discrimination based on race\, gender or religious preferences without even realizing it. What are subtle actions that are offensive but unintentional? How can employees make employers aware they are being offensive?
