DESCRIPTION:The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce will host a Chamber University seminar on "Customer Service" on Wed.\, April 1\, from 8-11:30 a.m. at The Legacy Event Center.The seminar will feature speakers from United Supermarkets and Chick-fil-A as they discuss the components of great customer service. This is a continuation of the widely popular seminar presented in 2013 and 2014 with new content for 2015. Presenters include: Phil Pirkle\, Executive Vice President of Talent Management for United Supermarkets and Brandon Mulkey\, Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A.Chamber University will also award certificates for Continuing Education Units for those interested. This seminar will award .3 hours of 1 CEU (3 out of 10 hours). Those wishing to sign up for a CEU credit\, please call the Chamber of Commerce.Chamber University is sponsored by American National Bank\, United Supermarkets and Workforce Solutions South Plains.Chamber University was designed to address critical business topics and offer tools to navigate and thrive in the ever-changing demands of the 21st century workplace. The cost of the seminar is $70. Chamber members get a discounted price of $60. Group pricing is also available by calling the Chamber.
