Erin Owens has spent many years working in French as well as French Creole cooking techniques. Her expertise will amaze as she demonstrates the preparation of 4 classic French delicacies\, mesclun salad with French herbs\, apples and crumbled cheese\, beef bourguignon\, a French zucchini gratin\, and the classic choux a la cr me dessert. Please join us for a fun and educational (not to mention filling) time.
