DESCRIPTION:Join Science Spectrum for the Teddy Bear Repair event! Children are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal in need of care to the ExploraZone on the main floor of Science Spectrum Museum for a day of repair\, care\, and check-up fun! There\, stuffies and their children will find: ? A Repair Station   This station will be available for stuffie check-ups\, to fix tears\, stuffing loss\, and button/eye replacements. ? An X-ray table where kids can identify their own stuffed animal's heart\, brain and stomach. ? An Accessories Craft Table   what is a day out with your stuffie without a little pampering? Kids can make neck ties\, purses\, and friendship bracelets for their stuffie! ? An Animal Obstacle Course! Children will be challenged to imitate how their stuffed animal would make its way through an obstacle course! This event is geared towards children ages 2-8. You can find Teddy Bear Repair activities in the ExploraZone next to the Lubbock Children's Museum on the main floor of the Science Spectrum Museum. This event is included with standard museum admission.
