Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions provides a safe place to work and an environmentally friendly service to make Lubbock’s commercial kitchens faster, greener, safer and cleaner.
Filta handles the micro-filtration of cooking oil to extend the life of the oil as well as fryer deep cleaning. Filta also manages the collection and recycling of waste cooking oil into biodiesel and supplies fresh cooking oil.
Other services include walk-in cooler humidity control to maintain fresher produce and drain foam service to prevent clogs, backups, and odors.
Overall, our goal is to help kitchens lower costs, maintain consistent food quality, increase safety for staff, and reduce environmental impact through sustainable oil-use and waste-management practices.
