Sims Land Services is a full solutions land services provider for any industry dealing with energy, land or minerals.
We are based out of Lubbock, TX but work for clients and projects in several states. Our landmen are professional and experienced in providing solutions for a variety of needs.
We started with primarily providing title research for the most complex problems, provide in-house land management for operators, acquiring leases and mineral interests for operators and investors in the Permian and Delaware Basins in Texas and New Mexico.
We have extensive experience in renewable energy and have worked for both developers and landowners. If you're needing Solar or Wind Leases, Land Acquisition, Mineral Right Waivers or Consulting we have a variety of landmen ready to provide solutions.
