The Southwest Council is an alliance of agricultural organizations, financial institutions, and businesses, established to actively advocate for strong agricultural policy which is so important to the businesses and economy of Texas and the greater Southwest area. The SWCA is a consensus based organization enabling its members to speak with one voice to support sound farm policy.
