The Texas Restaurant Association (TRA) highlighted some of the state's most exciting leaders in hospitality with its Texas Restaurant Awards last month in Dallas.

Orlando's owner Jerol Fanta was the recipient of the 2002 TRA Restaurateur of the Year for the Lubbock Chapter.
