Description
We will be flying to Austin. Therefore, it's vital that I know your plans for that trip. I will need to book this very soon. We will be flying out at 6:15 a.m. April 21 and flying back 9:00 p.m. April 22. Therefore, arrival at the airport will need to be around 5:00 a.m. April 21. Reminder from your application: The two-day Austin trip is counted as one absence if you are unable to attend. Once travel to Austin is confirmed through the Chamber and you find that you are unable to make the trip, your company will be invoiced $300 in order to offset a portion of the trip expense.
