About Michalea:
As the Operating Director for Cornerstone Caregiving, Michalea Perez is passionate about both the care of our senior population and the hundreds of employees serving our seniors. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2005, Michalea has spent almost two decades in sales and leadership roles. She founded Cornerstone Caregiving operations for West Texas in 2020 and currently oversees teams at three locations—Lubbock, Amarillo, and Clovis, NM —with over 350 caregivers serving in those communities. She loves making lasting connections with people and considers herself a lifelong learner for leadership and networking training. But her favorite network is the one she calls home, where she's wife to Jaime Perez and mom to two boys, Canyon and Case.
