Description
FREE Parent Workshops every 3rd Tuesday of the month. The Strengthening Families Program is a 9-session, evidence-based parenting skills, children’s social skills, and family life skills training program specifically designed for high-risk families, but offers valuable tools to all families. Participating in all 9-sessions is recommended. Lunch, child care, transportation assistance, and virtual options available. April 19 The Happy Family – Healthy Brain Connection Look For and Compliment the Good Daily May 17 Communicate with Love and Understanding June 21 Rules, Rewards, & Responsibilities July 19 Positive Discipline Improves Good Behavior August 16 Problem Solving and Win-Win Negotiation September 20 Stress and Anger Management Skills October 18 Goals and Contracts to Change Behavior No Alcohol, Tobacco, or Other Drugs November 15 Choosing Good Friends and Monitoring Activities December 20 Fun Traditions, Service & Family Values Registration is required.
