Tricia Pal, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Practice in the Area of Management in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Her work focuses on organizational leadership, culture, and team dynamics, with an emphasis on helping leaders build effective, high-performing teams. She facilitates practical, interactive learning experiences grounded in leadership development and organizational research.
