Skyview’s Restaurant’s executive chef, Jason Lindley has created a Julia Childs inspired dinner menu to complement a special viewing of the film “Julie & Julia”, the critically acclaimed movie that chronicles the origins of Julia Childs’ professional career through the eyes of blogger/author Julie Powell. Meryl Streep stars as the effervescent Julia Childs and Amy Adams portrays blogger Powell in her yearlong mission to prepare every recipe in Childs’ groundbreaking cookbook, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.” The food station style dinner provides for guests to sample recipes from the trailblazing cookbook while watching the film.
