Description
Come help us kick off United Way’s Child Abuse awareness month with Go Blue Lubbock!
GO BLUE LUBBOCK is a project of the South Plains Coalition for Child Abuse Prevention. Every day in Lubbock County an average of 3 children become confirmed victims of child abuse and neglect. The majority of victims are under the age of 3.
Please commit to prevent child abuse by wearing blue during the month of April, National Child Abuse Awareness Month, and tell others why you are wearing blue. We can't change results in our community without first educating our community on the problem that few are aware exists and then seeking solutions within our community. Join us in this effort to "Cherish the Children".
