Science Spectrum and OMNI Theater presents the first annual Sweeter Side of Science Gala for Friday, February 11. This event is an opportunity to see that the Science Spectrum is more than meets the eye with fizzing, popping, sweet culinary experiments, laughter, learning, and falling in love with science all over again! Sweet science experiments, cocktails, and silent auction begin at 6pm. Seated dinner will be served at 7:30pm followed by a "Sweeter Side of Science" demonstration by Chef Finn Walter of The Nicolett restaurant, a live auction, and many opportunities to hear about the non-profit mission of the Science Spectrum.
