Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative for Pak-A-Sak Convenience Stores, you will be responsible for many of the day-to-day operations involved in running a store. These may include but are not limited to:

  • Treating each customer with the best attitude, knowledge and service possible
  • Greeting every customer as they arrive inside
  • Working efficiently to allow customers to be on their way
  • Operating cash registers, credit card machines and handling cash
  • Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the store as needed
  • Trash removal
  • Learning and maintaining knowledge of store products and offerings
  • Stocking products and supplies
  • Preparation of food and drink items
  • Maintaining fountain, tea, coffee and cappuccino machines
  • Performing other tasks as needed

Basic skill requirements for this position include the willingness and ability to:

  • Count money and handle cash
  • Display excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • Multitask and keep pace with rush hours
  • Obtain all certifications necessary (such as TABC and Food Handlers-all training provided by Pak-A-Sak)
  • Work coolers, sales floor, cash registers, drive thru and outside in all weather conditions as needed
  • Lift, bend, squat, push, pull, climb and walk as needed for each task, as well as stand for a duration of shift
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Accept Store Manager’s supervision and feedback
